My Cash Options does not buy or sell real estate. The terms "we", "us", "our", "My Cash Options", and "Velar Homes" refer to Aaron Hawkins, a real estate agent licensed with Keller Williams Realty Sonoran Living and its Website. "Third-Party Service Provider" means any affiliated company through which MyCashOptions.com, and Aaron Hawkins of Keller Williams Realty Sonoran Living connects consumers to those affiliated providers to provide information and services.

This Website is offered to you conditioned upon your acceptance of all the terms and conditions set forth below (collectively, the "Terms of Use" or "Agreement"). Legal Action: Disputes, Arbitration, and Indemnification

Aaron Hawkins and/or Keller Williams Realty Sonoran Living is committed to customer satisfaction and will make every effort to resolve concerns. In the event you wish to pursue claims against Aaron Hawkins and/or Keller Williams Realty Sonoran Living, you agree to resolve such claims through binding arbitration.

Arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its rules, which may include virtual proceedings, telephone hearings, or decisions based on written submissions. Any and all proceedings to resolve claims will be conducted on an individual basis, not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.

If any part of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions will not be affected. Our failure or delay in enforcing any provision of this Agreement does not waive our right to enforce the same or any other provision(s) in the future.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Aaron Hawkins and/or Keller Williams Realty Sonoran Living, and any of its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against any claims, losses, damages, fines, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of this Agreement, violation of any law, or infringement of the rights of a third party due to your use of this Website.

You are fully responsible for the content you submit on the Website. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting any unlawful, defamatory, threatening, obscene, or otherwise prohibited content. You are solely liable for any damages resulting from any violation of these restrictions.
